Custom 3 leg console curves to conform to the backs of mirror image sofas. Turned legs transition to square at top with mitered sub-apron creates a dramatic curvilinear flow, finished with bullnose top and bottom edge treatment.

Refurbishment of loose and broken double doweled glue joints by means of waxing joint to make glue resist, followed by epoxy injection & clamp-up. Custom fabbed in-house steel corner brackets w/ hanger bolts and compression nuts to add rigidity where typical wood corner blocks would not fit due to curvature of front & bk rails.

Bandsaw table set on angle with curve cauls to support cutting of curved top to produce knife edge. Beats climb cutting w router on tear-out prone figured wood.

Getting the final twist to desired outcome by unconventionally using Diacro #3 bender on side w rosebud torch persuader to mimic twist bit helical table base for Brian O’Neill’s meeting table
